Your application will be reviewed, and you will be contacted by a DDFF staff member.
If successful you will then sign a finance agreement with DDFF. You will also authorize ALROSA to share your purchase contract with us.
The purchase contract that is signed by you must come to DDFF from ALROSA.
Destination will be determined by DDFF & you the client depending on the sale or manufacturing strategy.
​Once this has been all signed, it cannot be changed and DDFF will wire the funds to you the client.

You must wire ALROSA the full contract amount within 24 hours of receiving the funds from DDFF, but not later, than stipulated in the contract.
